We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products, including but not limited to skincare, makeup, and personal care items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Bloomsunbeauty@hotmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • Reason for return.

Once we confirm your return, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item arrives safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Please pack your items securely to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If you’re requesting an exchange for a different size, color, or item, we will ship the new product to you once the original item has been received and processed.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a full refund or sending a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
